Realty increased its authorized capital from
P20 million to P250 million. |

OceanMart Shipping Agencies, Inc.
is the shipping agency of the Perry’s Group
in partnership with EP Carriers of Singapore.
Registered in 2006, it increases Perry’s reach
to cover also cargo transported by sea. As a
complement to this line of business and to take
advantage of Filipino expertise in the field,
the Perry’s Group, is also gearing up to provide
ship-based personnel to ocean-going vessels.

APT Travel, the travel service
provider of Perry’s Group, recently tied- up
with The Marvels of Travel to provide a wide
range of travel support services. APT Travel
aims to enable Perry’s Group and its partner
airlines to add the passenger dimension to their
mutually beneficial partnership in cargo freight.
It will also lead the Group’s entry into tourism-oriented
businesses.

Perry’s Fuel Distribution, Inc.
complements the cargo and transport companies
in the group as a fuel sourcing and distribution
arm. It currently has distribution and management
contracts with Chevron Philippines and with
several major freight forwarders logistics concerns
that benefit from its services.

is the IT support services company of the group.
It houses the group’s servers and is charged
with enhancing Perry’s Group services through
the optimal use of information technology.

are Perry’s Group’s arms for creative expression.
Perryome is a New York-based home furnishings
company that also maintains a United States
post for the group’s associates. Pandango F&S
is a Philippine-based fashion house that designs
and assembles haute couture apparel and accessories.

retreat in Majayjay, south of Manila. It provides
associates a refreshing respite from their usual
activities and allows them to benefit from some
agricultural produce. It is envisioned to go
and grow in various agricultural pursuits.
